Terms of Service

Numero is under active development. Features, detection accuracy, and available sources may change. We will do our best to communicate meaningful changes, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis during this period.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Numero.
• You sign in using Google authentication; you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.
• One Numero account per person. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Connecting a source (such as Gmail) grants Numero read-only permission to recognize financial activity within it, as described in our Privacy Policy. Numero will never send, delete, label, or otherwise modify content in a connected source. You may disconnect a source at any time, which immediately revokes this access.

Numero recognizes financial activity, remembers what matters, and surfaces Financial Moments that may deserve your attention. Numero:

• Is not a bank, payment processor, or money transmitter, and never moves money on your behalf.
• Does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Financial Moments describe detected facts and possibilities — you decide what to do about them.
• May not detect every relevant transaction, and detected details (such as amounts or dates) may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. Always verify important financial decisions against your original source (for example, your bank or the merchant directly).

You agree not to:

• Use Numero for any unlawful purpose, or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with Numero's systems beyond normal product use.
• Connect a source you are not authorized to access.

Numero currently offers a Free tier. If and when paid plans become available, their price, features, and billing terms will be presented clearly before you subscribe, and this section will be updated accordingly. Core privacy controls — including exporting or deleting your data and disconnecting a source — are never paywalled.

You may stop using Numero and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, or if required by law. Upon account deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

Numero is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on a Financial Moment or detected fact.

We may update these Terms as Numero evolves. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be communicated within the product. Continued use of Numero after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
